Thomas
Burke, an Attorney/Notary member of the Costa Rica Bar Association, has
a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law with emphasis on Land Use
Regulations. He has 25 years of experience in providing Costa Rica real
estate legal services and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and
German. He has chaired the Legal Affairs Committee and the Subcommittee
for Real Estate Legal Security at the Costa Rican - American Chamber of
Commerce and pioneered private sector participation in the CR Cadastre
and Property Registry Program.
Glenda Burke, an Attorney/Notary
member of the Costa Rica Bar Association, is a law graduate of the
University of Costa Rica and also has a Master’s Degree in Tax
Consulting. She assists our clients in forming corporations, estate
planning, obtaining legal residency status in Costa Rica, and notarials.
